I. DELIVER

1.1 Delivery unit

   PrintShop cooperates with shipping units such as Grab, Fast Delivery, Economical Delivery, Ahamove, Viettel Post, etc.

1.2 Delivery time:

  • Time: from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (office hours) from Monday to Saturday
  • The system will notify the specific delivery time for customers  after they successfully place orders by their accounts, provide shipping addresses and confirm their orders through their email. 
  • Delivery time based on:

+ Order time: Delivery time starts from the time PrintShop confirms the order (after finalizing the design file and making payment).  If you place an order outside of office hours (8h30 – 17h30), the system will automatically add 1 day.

+ Delivery address: According to the address provided by customers, Printshop will adjust the delivery time.

1.3. Product Type:

  • Publications for fast printing
  • Publications with large quantity or complex, time-consuming processing

II. RECEIVING

2.1 Commitment to receive goods on time

In normal cases, Printshop is committed to timely deliver the goods with full information provided by customers.

The following cases are outside of PrintShop’s commitment:

  • Customers provide the wrong address and contact information during the ordering process
  • Delivery staff contact customers but receive any response
  • The delivery time is on time but the customer is not ready to receive the goods
  • Force majeure events: natural disasters, storms, floods, accidents, traffic network problems, problems that may affect the transportation process

2.2 Return policy

If customers receive goods that do not conform to the requirements (wrong model, missing quantity, wet, torn, distorted ….), please contact us. PrintShop will process and refund customers.

Printed products may not meet 100% of the image quality compared to the design, so we hope customers can understand this. PrintShop will not reimburse for this case.

III. TRANSPORTATION COSTS

Shipping fee will depend on the size, volume and quantity of your orders. PrintShop cooperates with the most prestigious shipping units in Vietnam with a view to minimize the cost for customers.

For orders over 3,000,000 VND, Printshop will give customers no charge of shipping in the inner city of Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh.
